Resolved - Our team has been monitoring the Engagement Bridge connections after we implemented our fixes earlier this morning. At this point in time, the system is operating as designed for our customer base and this issue is resolved.

If for some reason you are still experiencing issues with your Engagement Bridge, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Support Team for further investigation.

Identified - Our team has made updates within our infrastructure to help reestablish connection for any bridges that may be offline. We are continuing to monitor the situation and we will let you know when we believe the issue has been fully resolved.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where some clients are experiencing their Engagement Bridges being disconnected from services. Please note that your Engagement system will still function as designed, but data pushing in and out of your DPMS may be delayed until this issues is resolved.
