Our team has been monitoring the Engagement Bridge connections after we implemented our fixes earlier this morning. At this point in time, the system is operating as designed for our customer base and this issue is resolved.

We are currently investigating an issue where some clients are experiencing their Engagement Bridges being disconnected from services. Please note that your Engagement system will still function as designed, but data pushing in and out of your DPMS may be delayed until this issues is resolved.
